These terms cover text messages from Otto (operated by Mandil Media Group LLC).

What you'll receive

When you text us, call us, or give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Otto may text you about your request: replies to your questions, follow-ups on calls, and scheduling details. We don't send marketing blasts.

How often

Message frequency varies with your conversation with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts. To start again, reply START.

Consent

Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
